  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • With matched contractors. When you submit a project, we share relevant details (such as your name, contact info, property address, and project description) with one or more independent contractors we believe are a good fit so they can prepare a bid and contact you.
  • With service providers. We use vendors who help us run the Service — for example, hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, scheduling, and customer support tools. These vendors process information on our behalf under written agreements.
  • For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal process, protect rights, or prevent harm.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor entity.
  • With your consent. In other cases, we will ask before sharing.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. SMS & Calls

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls and SMS/text messages from Reni and from contractors matched to your project, including for scheduling, updates, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP; transactional messages related to your project may continue.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, but parts of the Service may not function properly without them. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic and improve the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
